Meet Jamie

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and feel genuinely seen without judgment or pressure to be anything other than yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real human connection. I work alongside clients to better understand emotional patterns, navigate relationships, improve communication, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-awareness, and compassion for themselves.

Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply unsure of how to move forward, therapy can offer a space to process openly, build insight, and create healthier and more meaningful patterns over time.

My goal is for clients to feel emotionally safe, supported, and understood while moving toward growth that feels authentic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change often begins when people feel safe enough to slow down, feel understood, and explore themselves without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I work alongside clients to better understand emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, improve self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and compassion for themselves. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, emotionally safe, and able to move toward growth that feels authentic and sustainable.

Who I support

I work with teens 13+, adults, couples, parents, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth struggles, parenting stress, and family dynamics. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and are looking for a space where they can feel supported, understood, and more connected to themselves and the people around them.
